Announcements and Assignments for Monday

Dear Parents and Guardians,

We hope you are all well.

FIRST QUARTER PROGRESS REPORTS ARE OUT. YOU SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED A CALL FROM MRS. GORDON. THOSE STUDENTS WITH INCOMPLETES OR GRADES BELOW A C SHOULD CALL THEIR CHILD'S TEACHERS AND ASK FOR FEEDBACK. TEACHERS WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER SCHOOL ON MONDAY.

We are also redesigning our after school tutoring schedule. Students with difficulties in comprehending concepts and themes in Math, Science, History and English will still receive tutoring on Monday and Wednesdays. However, students who do not turn in assignments will immediately report for lunch detention (if the assignment was due first or second hour) or after school (if the assignment was due third or fourth hour). They will lose ten percent per day per assignment until the assignment is turned in. Parents will be called if their child is in lunch detention and parents will be expected to sign the late assignment.
