Announcements and Assignments for Wednesday

Dear Parents and Guardians,

We hope every one is well and had a great weekend.

Please remember we have curriculum night tomorrow evening at 7:00 p.m. We hope you can all attend.

Extracurricular Questionnaires are due by Thursday

There is a half day on Friday with students being released at 11:00 a.m. Periods one and two will meet.

We are off next Monday for Labor Day

Below C and above A calls will be made the first Tuesday after Labor Day.

Grade 12 History: Complete document research and respond to questions regarding containment.
Grade 11 English: Complete AQ on WF character logs
Grade 11 History: Complete chart listing Americas Resistance then entrance into World War One.

Grade Eight History: Complete two paragraph writing assignment on " Should war be considered a happy event?" with two reasons.

Mr. Smith
Pre Algebra: Complete multiplication tables
Algebra One: Complete multiplication tables

Mr. Milton
Grade Eight Science: Write a paragraph on what is the source of Phoenix's drinking/irrigation water.
Grades Six through Eight English: Memorize prepositions for quiz in the first column
Grade Six/Seven History: Write a protest letter about Dred Scott decision.
Grade Six/ Seven Science: Study part two on page seven through ten for quiz on Wednesday.

Mr. Virgin
Grade Ten English: Two Sentences that are non restrictive appositives and two sentences that are restrictive appositives
Grade Ten History: 1300s Map trade routes from Asia to Europe.
Grade Nine English: List the other 20 prepositions
Grade Nine History: Use map that was handout to label where earlier civilizations started. Bring in articles and stone tools.
